When I look around my house I can hardly believe it's the same place. I am so pleased with the job you did from design to execution. I appreciate all of the suggestions you made (such as adding cupboards to an empty wall in the kitchen). There are so many details you advised me on that I would not have known to consider.
It was nice to know that every aspect of the job would be done correctly and without cutting corners. You are so conscientious and I never had to worry that all of the work would be done properly. Furthermore, you made sure that the overall look was pleasing. For example, when the tile work on the fireplace was not done in an attractive manner, you had the workmen redo the work before I even knew about it.
Most impressively, you kept me informed as to what to expect regarding changes throughout the remodel. Work was done on schedule and the only real changes in the completion date came from additional work that I approved.
Finally, you are such a pleasure to work with. You seemed to take as much delight in the transformation as I did. Whenever I asked for changes, you were always agreeable and willing to accommodate my requests.
